I have a mini 2 and have yet to make this iphone change. I know the 16 has a typer c usb connector. I assume you have changed that cable coming from the controller?

When it closer to the event there will surely be a NOTAM issued for pilots. The balloons will most surely be flying under the class B airspace. TFR? Maybe, not sure about that.

As long as you are in class G airspace you just have to avoid other aircraft and ”fly with caution” Which is the only restriction I get before flying. I do this frequently at an airport nearby and avoid flying when I see other aircraft in the area. If aircraft come into the area, I land and...

Welcome from Wisconsin. Yes, slide rules were pretty standard equipment back then. Mini 2 was and is my first drone. Probably upgrade at some point, but it does such a good job, I am in no hurry.

Most of the time. I return as slow as I can, then take some nice pics/video and concentrate more on the camera.

makes sense to me, but if the flight log used an image i took, shouldn’t i be able to find that image elsewhere? I did use a SIM card i had formatted with my pc. I now know that is a nono.
