I usually get there a week early. Do a lot of my flying before it gets crowded....especially the helicopter and airplane traffic in the area.

Good advice but if you feel you just have to do it make sure you get clearance and stay below 100 feet and pay close attention to your lateral limits. A second set of eyes monitoring Flight Radar 24 is also nice to have in these types of environments.

It looked to me like they only had certain areas open each day. I'm guessing to give the grass time to recover.
