    Just got my Mavic 4 days ago from the DJI store in Chesapeake. I commute to Suffolk daily and would be open to flying with pilots in the Tidewater area!

    Not necessary to have an existing policy with State Farm. I inquired about UAV PAP (personal article protection).

    Thanks to all who mentioned State Farm as a source for UAV insurance. $60/yr 0 deductible. I have liability through my homeowner's policy. State Farm only covers the Mavic, which is exactly what I was looking for!
