At face value, generally a less wide lens will have improved illumination fall off, edge sharpness, field curvature, distortion and result in less digital correction...
Just use the free pano mode that I'm sure it will have just like the Air3s and you can shoot much wider than the M3P 24mm FOV, and results in a higher resolution final image.
Mini 4 Pro, Air 3 and Air 3s all perform similar so we can only assume it will have similar issues looking at their current track record.
