The second flying location from our recent day out to North Wales, and this one involved a bit of a walk, the impressive Trefor Quarry, which bisects the hill of Garn For, and the amazing coastal views to Anglesey and over Snowdonia. Definitely... -

After 6 months off the road, I can now get out again so went straight out to film a sunset. As I was waiting, the heavens opened, only to clear just as the sun was going down, so there was some very strange lighting. I hope you enjoy

Thanks hon, yeah, there is a request from Cadw not to overfly at Conwy, they acknowledge they cannot enforce as it is not an FRZ, but I ws at pains to remain within their online request...

A couple of days off and some good weather allowed us the chance to have a day out to Wales, with a disused quarry and Conwy Castle in our sights for some drone flying. We arrived fairly early, and managed to snag a free car parking space near...
