Just checked mine... In normal video: I have h.264 with no option for h.265. I do have options for 'normal' and 'D-cinelike'. In 'Slo-mo' the camera settings alter, in this mode: there are the options for both h.264 and h.265 in either 'normal'...

In the past, certain settings (such as 60fps) will only be available in H.265. The H.264 was only available at lower shutter speeds such as 30 or 24 fps. There are other settings that it affects as well but I can't remember which ones off the top...
