Nope. Brand new. Last drone I had was the phantom 4 pro and never had flying issues. I guess rules have changed. It also is a known thing that the mini 4 pro has handbrakes on for all sorts of flying zones. Thank god I don’t fly commercially... -

I'd guess it has something to do with those orange landing legs... it looks like they are changing the normal ground attitude, pitching it back a little bit. -
