As I have also ordered the Avata 2 I will at least try out with my Mini 4, too. Normally I am using my Rokid max goggles connected to the RC2 for flying the Mini 4.
I also remember this problem from my M4P, especially while flying with higher speed and some wind influence (standard batteries). So it's a general problem, not just some individual drones.
I am from Germany and have a Mini 4 Pro. All sub-250 gram drones (also C0 classified ones) don't require remote id here and the actual firmware for my Mini 4 Pro doesn't support it yet.
