    Or..go to settings, and disable background app refresh. It solved my problem

    I know there a lot of threads, but see few offering proven solutions. This may not work across the board, but by turning off "Background App Refresh" in the General Settings on my iPad Mini 4 solved the problem for me.

    On my IPad 4 turning off Background App Refresh in the General Settings did the trick!

    CPU Fully loaded? How to "unload"

    What worked for me and my iPad mini 4 was to go into general settings And to turn off the setting to allow apps to refresh in the background. (background app refresh). Like magic no more problems.
