What software do you use to get the 3D flight map?

So at what point does a group of houses (how many) become a built up area. As I'm an hgv driver I am under the impression that any road with a 20mph speed limit is in a built up area.

The 2 flights were both from same place on different days and I have sync the logs.

I'm new to the Drone world so please be gentle I'm confused about the max altitude on the Go4 app, on the stats screen it says Top altitude 82.0m but as you can see from the flight list I have reached 120m. Am I being daft or is there an explanation for this.
