Repleacement Mini 2 will not connect to RC

I purchased Mini2 package from DJI a month ago and have been connecting Mini2 to RC and flying without issue. Last weekend I lost the drone so I purchased a "Replacement drone - Never activated" Now I am unable to get the RV to connect to the new Mini 2. How do I activate the new Mini2? Never...
