RID = Remote ID which is required on all drones over 249gms. (USA only, I think). Newer drones have it built in. GEO = Geo Fencing, which DJI built in to drones which disables even the motors from starting when you are in a no fly zone; like around an airport, it keeps drones from flying in...

Not GEO free; but can be deal with. Also, not RID free either. Had to buy a RID module when they were expensive. Can be had for $36 now. I mount the RID on my P4P too.

Hope you finally get it back. You should never check a drone as luggage. The LiPo battery must be carried with you. I'm surprised TSA allowed it to go through.
