GThat's only for Part 107 flights as set out in 107.51. It is not part of the recreational exemption, 49 U.S. Code § 44809, which has a hard limit of 400 ft above ground level.

GProbably overpaid....but i've been looking for weeks. I'm seeing mavic 3 pro going for almost 3k.....so i figure the enterprise WITH rtk, 2 batteries...and still a year of warranty and care is worth almost 4k. Thanks guys. I'm new to the forums...
