And restraining orders are only useful against law abiding people who are not a threat. Against someone who really is a threat, they don't care about being law abiding, it only ticks them off more, and makes them an even greater threat!

Hopefully this leads to NPS coming up with a workable strategy which will allow ordinary flyers to have a chance. At present, only criminals can fly and the rest of the honest citizens are banned. That's not a good policy.
