I have a OnePlus 5, i have that SAME ISSUE with the P3P, my solution, i use a different cable and it goes away, try buying another cable, from amazon, 9.99 i think, and try with that.

Just my 2 cents, but.. you could try and take the drone apart and check internal connections, there is a video on YouTube, JerryRigEverything that has a teardown video.

I saw that charger on Amazon, but, it said it has 14K mah, i found (and purchased) a 27K mah powerbank with a 110V outlet, for 79$ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074Z7SY5S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_BPhpBb65R5QXK Im waiting for it to come in, but have high hopes for that
