It has not had any affect yet here but as we have seen in the past the norm is that it will also been used more or less in other places.

This poll will not give right result as FAA is in USA but many out of USA will vote.

If the app tell you to calibrate it can also bee because of your take off spot is not good and is messing with the compass. If you calibrate on that place you will end up with bad compass. There is no need to calibrate the compass every time you take off and it will not make good compass better...

One thing I do which is not on this list is to open the sensor page while waiting for GPS. It will tell you much about the status of the drone and your take off point. Edited. Just missed #22. Newer do that and have not for 3 years on my oldest P3S. Newer calibrate compass unless you know why...

All has to bee connected, AC RC and app.

Have newer found a way to use it in Assistant. I use DankDroneDownloader.

There is a FW 3.0810 or somthing like that which you just get from Dji and normally from one of the moderators in the forum.

If you are new to Dji forum you can't post new treat but I can post it for you and then you can reply there. Your login date there should bee the same as in the app. It's much quicker to contact Dji true forum than email. Let me know if you want that.

Have you posted in Dji support forum? Have to admit that I newer use Assistant to update my Mavic as I use modded FW and just flash it to the drone.

It is almost as fire alarm which you can turn on with C1 or C2 button.

Some were testing this last year and it works. Pantom4 flauta.
