Nomad, If you check Airmap U.S. Air Space Map | Know Before You Fly You will see that much of New Jersey is in a No Fly Zone. This is an FAA VIP airspace zone related to the President being in the are I believe. Gary W.

I prefer to remove the chip from the Mavic, and use an adapter (that I got when I purchased an upgraded 64G card). I have seen posted on the forum that some have had a problem with the cover breaking doing this. I have had no such trouble, but I have only had it for about a month.
