Yes. The charger is protecting itself, and you, from a possible fire or explosion. Batteries swell because they've been damaged, usually by heat. You should discontinue use of the battery in question and DEFINITELY stop trying to charge it.

I’ve been thinking of selling my mavic 2 zoom with smart controller and 5 batteries in good condition no swelling, carrying case and back pack (smatree) 8 set of props fishing hook,night beakin for night flying fast charger etc❓❓
