DaVinci Resolve Studio is the way to go. Something that no one has mentioned, the future upgrades are all free, not like other software where upgrades to a new version are paid for again.

In Davinci Resolve Studio you may be able to use the tracking feature and so adjust the sky more to your liking. Agree that a contrast adjustment would be a good adjustment. Again easily done in Resolve.

Why 60 fps? You are in a PAL environment and so 50 fps would be the correct standard to use.
