Why 60 fps? You are in a PAL environment and so 50 fps would be the correct standard to use.

Apart from the red car initially (buildings are fine), the panning is smooth on my PC. Your PC may be the problem as you suspect.

I bought DaVinci Resolve Studio when it was version 14, it is now version 19. So I have upgraded from 14, to 15, all the way to 19 at No Additional Cost. The tutorials on Youtube are excellent, and there is a free Beginners Guide for v19 also available. I have Edius X (great software), Premiere...

Fully agree with DVPOWERS, straight cuts with the occasional dissolve (usually when the same scene is presented but you want a time delay effect)

In my opinion, the colours are slightly over saturated, but otherwise it is fine.

I have/use Edius, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. There are many Youtube tutorials on each of these programs. After using the free tutorials I can now say in all honesty, that of all the editing software packages I have, DaVinci resolve runs rings around the rest. But, and this is a big but...

I fail to understand why breaking the law is condoned by some. Warning? what for? No sympathy with law breakers whatso ever.

Top rate video, colour grading, contrast and exposure settings were all superb!

Very well presented, only comment is that the music was too loud when there was no narrative.

Apart from the annoying transitions it was a nice video. Some longer scenes would have made it more enjoyable.
