If u want to fly in Atti mode, get some prop guards and fly indoors in low light.
I can (luckily/ unluckily depending how u see it) fly in my flat as gps becomes unavailable and it the carpets don't have enough detail for opti to kick in.

Thats's good news, and no error messages this time apart from a dodgy phone lead. I do admit taking drones and other electrical goods apart puts the fear of god into me, but if it saves me sending it back it's a good thing. Forgot to recalibrate compass so will do that next time.
so this morning I decided to open her up, twist the wires for the back legs and take her out for a spin.
No compass errors on screen and only once did the phone lose signal(dodgy lead i think).
Would one of you pls be able to look at the .dat data to see if the mod has improved the interference...
I've just had a look and can confirm . I did notice that when it came back into range it did keep stopping and then regaining its path however there was nothing near it. The trees in the park where I fly are only around 30ft high. There are no power lines or other obstacle either.
The return journey is direct from the drones location back to the controller, and it was well above the trees. I'll try again to save the .dat file to the drop box, it failed last time
