I just called that number (818) 235-0789 and they confirmed I have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Of course that does not cover accidental damage - only if something is wrong with the drone that is it's fault, not mine but I'm perfectly...

Contact DJI with a serial number. They can provide county of origin for original sale. You don’t need possession of the product to acquire this kind of information, just the serial number.
