Already tried to reinstall

Trying to install app on older Samsung Galaxy 3 8" tablet, I did a factory reset to rid of all the junk. Tablet works well and app loaded without problems except when I go to open up the APP the screen comes up with the DJI GO 4 Go Create screen for about 3 seconds then disappears. Any ideas

Has anyone used Amazon fire 7 or 8 with controller? My Asus isn't compatible with DPI app. Thanks

Wondering what micro SD port is on drone.Can you download pictures off of SD card without removing it? Thanks
