Sorry to hear of your crash. How do you download the flight logs?

The only way I could get the Way Points Menu to pop up was to turn the smart controller on and off and try it each time until it worked. Took about 3 or 4 times for Way Points Menu to pop up.

When using the Smart Controller I have a difficult time getting the Way Points to work. When I touch the Way Point button sometimes I get the optional setup menu including the Task Library and other times I get nothing except a "?" just above the GO button. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Henry

I have also seen several posts on FB about this feature not working. I have spoke with DJI several times and they requested I send my Mavic back but I am not considering that yet as I have read that I may get a refurnished Mavic returned to me. Question: does the new Smart Controller have GPS?
