45 Year Old Super-Nerd!

I work in IT as a Senior IT Consultant/Helpdesk Engineer for one of Boston's top Managed Services Providers. I love my job and love all things technology.
My hobbies include movies/theater, music, video games, lasers (the kind that can hurt you), building custom computers, photography and photo-editing, and now flying drones/cameras.

I have been into Drone UAVs for about 18 months but this Mavic Pro is my first advanced/expensive aircraft. I'd been saving up for a Phantom 4 but when I saw the Mavic coming out, I compared the two and decided to trade off a small amount of image quality for a large amount of portability/convenience and a less dorky controller (LOL) - no offense to P4 folks!!

I am hoping to meet others in my area as well as learn and trade tips/knowledge/info with other more experienced Mavic-ers.
