I wouldn’t even try it - the sensors on the Mavic Air are decent but they are not good enough for what you’re trying to do. It doesn’t have sensors on the top.

Thank you this is great stuff - these are super useful flight training exercises! I've been flying multirotors for years and this just shows how much more there is to learn. This should be in a sticky.

This looks wayyy more suited for travel than the DJI case included in the Fly More combo. Would either of these (large or small) fit inside a standard backpack? Or rather, this backpack specifically?

Mavic Air Mobile SDK support is coming mid-to-late April. Waypoint support will be included (for third party apps).

Definitely interested in testing accessories! I actually ordered the ND32 and ND64 filters you guys listed on Amazon recently for the amavic Air. I’ll be posting a review with photos and example footage once I get them.
