There are gradient filters from some sources that might work. They have a darker top than bottom, allowing you to ‘balance’ the light in the shot from above and below the horizon.

I think I will post on here and several other sites all the rules I violate daily with my drone. That way maybe the FAA will come down with Aeroscope and bust all the pilots flying drones commercially with no Part 107 license.

BVLOS = NO without a waiver. Even with a visual observer, you must be able to see the drone if pulling off the goggles or looking up from the screen.
