The front entrance is heavily guarded. Classification of what it is aside, I just find it astounding that I could fly in and around that area, that won’t let me step foot across the boundary lines.

I recently drove in and around the NRQZ. There is an active base there, but I was shocked to see it listed as class g and no restrictions, NOTAMs or TFR. Am I missing something here? Can anyone clarify. I see little to no information about this...
