There are much better reviewers out there. I personally prefer iphonedos drone reviews. That dude is just fun to watch and he did cover some technical aspects of the camera and drone, including low light performance compared to the mavic 1. Casey comes off as one of these airhead type reviewers...

John, dont turn off the visual position sensors if thats what you mean, just disable landing protection. I always leave landing protection off, I dont see much of a use for it, besides making your mavic harder to hand catch.

Just turn turn off "landing protection" and it wont fight when you grab it. Thats the safest way to hand catch.

Hi Guys, Anyone know if its still possible to download an earlier version of dji assistant (1.1.2). I need to use dev tools in order to try to fix an issue with a "bricked" drone. New dji assistant is very limited and I cant figure out how to enable dev tools. cheers Abel

You dont have to turn off your vision sensors, just turn off landing protection.

If you are flying in gps mode you wont get any elevation change warnings. That happens only when flying in “opti” (vision) mode.

Flying from a balcony more that 10 meters high with a roof on top can be tricky business. I dont recommend that a beginner attempts it.. Actually I dont recommend anyone doing it. You will most likely not be able to get a gps lock and as soon as you leave the balcony your mavic will switch to...
