As previously mentioned, wait at least until they have cooled to room temperature. If you do not plan to fly again for 5-10 days, I would recommend leaving them depleted, and then just charge them up the night prior. As long as you have two charging cables, I don't see why not.

If they were my batteries, I probably would not leave them in hibernated (nearly-depleted) state. Charge them up to ideal storage capacity (72% I believe) and store them that way. Regardless, if it were me, I would rotate through all of your batteries instead of just using one over and over...

I also use a 6S and have been having similar problems, albeit about 20-25 minutes into flight typically. Will try turning off cache to see if that works for me as well.

I would go with a SanDisk Extreme 256GB. You can double your capacity over the 128GB and they only cost a little over $40 online. Plus, you won't need to download to your computer all the time to free up space.

I have also noticed this on my Mini 2, even immediately after performing an auto calibration. I also had this occur during cold weather (under 40ºF). Maybe the drone needs to "warm up" first?
