You can also try charging a battery in the drone with the charger, in case the charging hub is creating the problem. -

Those lights blinking mean an abnormal communication from the Battery to the drone Usually this is from one of the cells being far out of balance after charge, If you take that battery and Drain it to about 3 percent and recharge it, the blinking...
