I did some testing and found that if I have the battery in the bird when transferring files it causes it to stay in this mode. And BossBob's suggestion...

Also you can access all the Mavic 4 downloads and info on DJI's website without using a VPN. Just go to their store website and set your location to Canada. Then when you go on their normal website, all the Mavic 4 stuff will be available. @BossBob
