I think that might be it. There was a break in the weather and I went out and re-shot it and that seems fine so...I guess I need to be patient :)

And a quick update... I ran two more panos in the house (it's raining today) and both worked fine. This time it took 26 (I think?) photos and no gaps. It's possible that I switched modes before it fully finished processing and I just need to be patient. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Make sure your mission doesn't have curved turns

I have an example at 15mph and 185ft where there is a significant difference in picture quality between the one that slows to 1mph and the one that keeps going. Depending on what you're doing with it the slightly blurry picture might be OK.

I'm not sure what software you are using but I have a video coming out tomorrow showing how to slow things down automatically at each photo point to get super sharp photos. It will be added to this playlist if you are not already a subscriber...

On the whole you are correct. However, for drones that allow it (P4P, M2P, I2) Dronelink has the option to convert the mission to onboard components that are then uploaded and run independently - the same as DD. Note that the M3 series (or any of the recent drones) do not allow for that...

Dronelink is probably the most powerful system out there and has a LOT of features. As such, it can be easy to set something in the plan without understanding what the implications are. I can think of several reasons why a mapping mission might stop and start - e.g was it an inspection mission...

Try changing the FOV to one of the other values in that video (use the file linked to load them if you haven't already) then run it again. If it FOV doesn't change from the new value then the program you a using to export (there are several options) is not including the FOV in the file, so it...

This is almost certainly because you have the wrong FOV loaded. You can see how to change that in this video :

Mavic 2 Pro and Mini 2 are both supported but...you need to check your plan. In some cases, the Mavic Pro needs a higher-level plan. But you can always upgrade by just paying the difference if you need it. But maybe try it with the Mini first and then decide if you need that later.

Actually...for the drones up to the Mavic 2 the mission is uploaded to the drone and will continue even if communication is lost. For drones after that including the Mini's and Air series, then constant communication is needed.
