It says 1000m which is roughly 3000ft. It's not allowed to fly so high, but possible if you land on a huge building and shut off the motors. Then after restart, high altitude will be your new 0 and you can start again to go higher. ;)

120m altitude limit in China and VLOS only. Not near airports, government/military installations etc. Basically same rules as in the US. But it really depends if the cops stop you or not for flying too high or too far away. Probably not. No government buildings in PuDong area where the World...
