Yes thank you. I also verified that with my setup just now. Its unfortunate that DJI does not allow remote ID to be turned on manually. As others have mentioned this means we have to fly illegally with a registered drone and standard battery. I dont want to buy a new set of plus batteries...

Hi Vic, Seems so far I gotten away with it is as I have flown mostly indoors. I really dont have anywhere nearby to fly. Im in Alexandria and the closest safe fly space is about 30 mins away. I seriously doubt they can control the airspace inside our house but I will stop flying outdoors even...

I know technically we cannot fly in any restricted zone. Previously the DJI app would not let you even take off. Now it seems you can takeoff as long as you check a box saying you are liable for anything that happens while flying in this zone. I only fly indoors and on my deck in the backyard...

I used JB weld and it seems to holding up well. In fact I think it’s stronger than the original material. However, be advised this is dark grey color so it looks bit rough on a white Mavic Mini. There is a clear weld option but I didnt realize it until too late. But I kind of like it now...
