Previously I found that applying the hack can be a hit or a miss on my Air 2. But I have since made sure it's working 100% from the get go.
1. With the phone switched on, connect USB cable first to the phone without running the hack.

I can confirm that the hack still works. I just updated my Air 2 to the latest v01.01.09.20 and remote Controller to v04.11.00.34. DJI Fly App for Android is v1.6.8.
