Actually, you're comparing apples to walnuts. This seller has the Creator Combo which includes the RC Pro 2. The sale you cited for $4000 is a Fly More Combo with the non-pro controller. -

I was going to offer it up on eBay, but then realize how high their fees are for sellers, so decided to list it here first. The cheapest creator combo located in the USA that I've seen is $4650, so that's what I'm offering it at. Here's a copy...

DJI was over in the USA Months ago, even before new Administration. These investigations are formalities. DJI is not happening in US. I think a bigger part of this is to free the skies for the drone deliveries and such which companies are paying...
