Send drone to DJI for repairs

170g is not a problem. I fly with 350 all the time on Mavic 2 and 3. The motors will get hotter and flight time will be reduced. Try to locate the payloads close to center of gravity to balnce load on motors.

I have had many drones that fall out of DJI Care. I just send in to DJI repair. When I totalled my Inspire 2 a few years ago it had come off of care. I sent to DJI and the bill was 700 not bad when you consider I had to put in in a bag to ship. Enjoy the flying as you have been . Accidents...

Nice Work. Interesting concept. How long did it take to do the complete mod? The kits are not very exspensive would bring new life to a lot of available Avata 1s. Does the standard DJI control methods still work or do they need hacking.

Sell the drone without batteries used swollen batteries add no value only risk. They could also fail in transit.
