Oh true? Maybe something to do with that, mine was when I turned it on to update it, and the gimbal just went psycho during its calibration and then came up with the error. -

Helicopters flying low
Yeah I had a 'close' call a couple months ago when out on a boat in the middle of no where , couldn't hear the chopper over the boat motor. Came buzzing over the island at ~80m. Was so annoying -

Yeah and definitely dont try descending to get out of the way, they'll always be quicker haha -

Birds are dicks. I usually just left stick up and gain some altitude, they don't ever seem to be able to chase it vertically well.
