Definitely register them as part 107. I always have to chuckle at the suggestion that you fly "recreational rules" when you have Pt. 107. All of the underlying rules of UAS flight are defined in Pt. 107 and 44809 is simply a set of restrictions...

If a drone is used for commercial work, it must be registered individually under Part 107.
