JeBay has a policy of not allowing any equipment on the FCC Covered List. They also have an automated system to prevent listings from brands on that list. It will be interesting to see how this plays out because every entry in the covered list...

Simple Google search: "DJI Mavic 3 pro release notes". Each entry lists app compatibility in the last paragraph. If the latest firmware requires controller/app updates - it will tell you.
