Quite simple, you can't. If they catch you they can confiscate your drone and all your gear and issue huge fines. Not worth the risk.

Nope I use the iPad mini 4 128g WIFI

If you have your phone with you turn on personal hotspot (in setting) and it allows you to have wifi cellular using your phones data. Works like a charm. I use it on my IPhone 6s Plus all the time

Pro Provincial parks are NFZ 's as well in Alberta. Just as strict as National parks. Don't risk them seizing your equipment

Risks are you will be caught as someone will call. Canadians are told to call 911 emergency if they see a drone flying where they are not allowed. You need special permission from the park warden and that is rarely given. You would likely have to apply for a SFOC ( Special flight operations...

Flying any drone without special permission from the park warden in a national park anywhere in Canada is ILLEGAL. Huge fines if your caught and equipment is confiscated Best to leave it home
