As of today, Sept 22, Tap Fly will start, but then abruptly quits (in 30 to 60 sec) and goes into GPS/hover mode. I tried restarting everything and still got the same results. I tried different speeds, altitudes, it's just unstable.
Any thoughts?
The drone only knows its altitude from takeoff point which is zero. If it goes downhill from there, you have to add in the downhill to get the true AGL
Has the radar interface changed since you posted this? I do not have a circle, just a red AC triangle and a blue Home dot, placed on a map. My old P3, however, did have a radar icon as you describe.
