Ta-Da! MP arrived today! Looks absolutely new including all the thin plastic shields over everything protecting the sensors, rear LED etc. Even came with the thin rubber cover to protect the gimbal cover from being scratched. No props however. I'll bind it to the controller tonight.

Thank you yes, I am well familiar with the MP detecting the sun as an obstacle, it's happened many times. I feel the resumption of proper speed was due to the re-connection of controller/drone. I will follow the link you provided on directions to retrieve the .TXT log. Thank you for that.
