Other than the battery weight, the frequency used for Japan is different. In Japan version, only 2.4GHz will be used. No 5GHz band is used.

I have got the external antenna called Sparkwave Duo. Before install I call fly my air up to 1800m at certain location. After I install it, my Air can go more than 3000m. Worth to try.

Remote totally disconnect at approx. 7:30, and red light in remote is flashing.
