Something to try, try using a different USB port on your PC.

I'm on a PC running DJI Assistant v1.2.4 and just upgraded the FW on my Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro Platinum and my Goggles without any problems.

I hope you remembered to take off those yellow plastic tabs covering the intake vents! Jeff

I've never had that problem and I've upgraded FW with the latest Assistant on my M2, MP and MPP. All in the same setting. I did exit out of the app and then go back into it, no reboot was required though...

Looking to 3D print some landing leg extensions like I've used on my original Mavic. Still hate having the camera that close to the ground. Has anyone figured out how/where you can attach a rear leg? The bottom feet are now solid. Jeff

I tried the whole go up 20 ft, wait for the downward cameras to take a picture thing and it didn't work. Then DJI confirmed that whole precision landing thing didn't make it into the M2 series. Jeff

OK, this lack of "precision landing" has really gotten extreme. In testing my emergency RTH the Mavic 2 has landed as far away as 18 ft from the take off point. Sorry, that's just unacceptable DJI. You had this technology nailed with the first Mavic, why throw it away?

As the posts above have stated, the new firmware ver 01.04.0500 for the goggles will be available later this month. Your goggles WILL NOT link to the M2 until then.

No it is not by default. I've tried it several times and my Mavic lands sometimes several feet away. During an emergency (lost communication, controller died, etc...) this can mean the difference of landing on a dock or in the water.

It says in stock September 15th so they're not really in stock I guess...

But the R1 is $2500 and doesn't have half the features, and you can't fly it. It's totally autonomous.

Scrub to 5:55 and watch how well ActiveTrack 2.0 works!
