The bitrate determines the amount of data per frame in the video. If you intend to extract still frames from your video, you'll want 24 fps, not 60 fps. 60fps is intended for slow motion. However, you'll actually have the best results with 30 fps...
Wow. It LOOKS like most of that is a single take, until the POI of the peak, although I’m not sure that’s possible.
And if it’s more than one clip, amazingly good planning/ editing to make it appear seamless.
