I think he’s referring to the video Cache files. I believe there’s a setting to turn on to record lo res video cache files. And those are found in a album folder in the Fly app folder on your iPad. Others more knowledgeable than me please correct me if I’m wrong. This may help ...

Wow. It LOOKS like most of that is a single take, until the POI of the peak, although I’m not sure that’s possible. And if it’s more than one clip, amazingly good planning/ editing to make it appear seamless. Impressive as hell on all levels.
