    correct I believe it had more to do with focus and wind than with the 8 second exposure...here is another one shot with an 8 second exposure in which the focus is much better and there was minimal wind.     Night traffic photos

    did some experimenting last night. 8 second shutter, 5 shot AEB combined in lightroom, tripod mode, gimble locked...Caught a plane in the second one. The last one is a single unedited shot with the ISO maxed, gimble lock is off and I wasn't in tripod mode... strange things but a cool effect.

    The only exception to night flying is IF you have your part 107 certificate then you can get a waiver giving you the freedom to fly any time at night with the use of anti collision lights...the same anti collision lights we are supposed to use to fly within 30 minutes of sunrise and sunset.
