My Mavic seems to have recently developed problems with maintaining focus. I can tap on the screen and it will bring the scene into sharp focus but after a few seconds things go blurred again. I am at loss as to whether this is a hardware problem or what. The fact that it goes init sharp focus...

That's a rather interesting idea...which makes me think of another variant. How about adding wings to to the Mavic? A simple flat section with a few degrees of positive A of A to develop lift in forward flight. Potentially there's no need for tail surfaces to add stability the four props...
