    There is always a reason behind any drone incident. Drones don't "just decide to take a bath". You'll never understand the cause of your incident if you never make the effort to find out about the incident. Your app has a "black box" data...

    No DJI hasn't done anything like that. How are you trying to access the files, what is preventing you?

    If Windows does not show the remote controller connected in "This PC" along with your other drives, then you might be using a charge-only cable.
